Introduction

Optical lens prism is widely used in attendance machine (hand print, palm print, vein and face recognition), security monitoring system, anti-counterfeit identification system, intelligent lamps, cabinet sensor system, stage lighting and laser demonstration system, projection optics, laser devices and biochemical medical optics.








Prism is an optical instrument with a triangular cross section, which has two optical properties: dispersion and deflection. Based on these two features, the prism has the following two basic applications:








The effect of dispersion -- the white light we see is a combination of light rays of different wavelengths that, when passed through a prism, "split" into different colors, forming a rainbow -- is called the "dispersion" effect.








To take advantage of this effect, you can use prisms to add rainbows to your artwork. Xiaoguo is good at both simply slapping rainbows on her face in portrait shots and serving as a still life background.








Change the direction of light - Light travels through a prism changing its direction considerably, which means that when you look through the lens, you will see around you at an Angle of about 90 degrees. Using this feature, you can superimpose two frames on a single photo to create a sort of double exposure of Xiaoguo.
