Gallium arsenide window piece

Gallium arsenide (GaAs) crystal has good chemical stability, high hardness, resistance to harsh environment *. It has good transmittance in the spectrum range of 2000nC-14000nm, and is widely used in thermal infrared imaging system, high-power CO2 laser optical system and FLIR system. In the case of poor field environment and repeated wiping of optical lens and window, gallium arsenide is often used to replace zinc selenide as the material of infrared lens or window.
